If you feel like you are too busy to have time for yourself (to exercise and take care of you, to work a little on your dreams, or to just have some down time to dream and relax), then maybe you have lost your balance in life.
If so, it's time to make some changes. Examine all of the things you are doing and decide which ones you can let go. We can't do all of the things we want, so we have to make decisions on what matters most to us.
Letting the less important things go and adding in the things that truly improve our lives is how we achieve balance. And achieving balance brings about more peace and joy in life.
