I finished and photographed and listed my Sand & Sea Wrap. It turned out beautifully, if I do say so myself!

It's 15 inches by 80 inches... nice and long to wrap in a multitude of ways.

The colors are lovely, and the design going horizontally on one half and vertically on the other half
is the perfect element for this gorgeous rectangular ladies shawl.

Because I like variety, I always have several projects in progress at any one time. Here are a few of my current ones. They will be completed and added to my shop soon.

A beautiful accessory for autumn...

I crocheted this beautiful lacy loops fashion scarf with a 100% dralon microfiber yarn that has a wonderful drape to it.

The open design I worked is a bit more unusual from what you commonly see, making this handmade scarf very unique.

While this is a lovely ladies scarf for wearing any time of the year, the gorgeous copper and brown colorway called earth makes it especially perfect for fall!

Beautiful Things Quote by Vincent Van Gogh

"I long so much to make beautiful things.

But beautiful things require effort and

disappointment and perseverance."

— Vincent Van Gogh

I've been there, done that, so many times. Much effort... occasional disappointments... and continued perseverance. In my personal life, as well as my creative life. That's what life is, is it not? May all of you keep on keeping on and create many beautiful things in your life! :)

Here's a beautiful new scarf I recently finished and listed. Embellished with lovely crocheted flowers in fun bright colors of lime, coral, and turquoise. The colors really stand out on the snow white background of this hand knit ladies scarf.

Take a better look at more photos and details on my website or in my ArtFire shop. I only have one of these, and my embellished scarves don't tend to stay around very long.

Hi-speed internet has finally become available to my rural location in Montana. Now that I am able to do things at a much faster rate than was possible with my old slow dial-up, I am going to re-implement a few things.

One of those things will be my email newsletter. I'm going to dust off the digital printing press and get started with it once again. I will try to send it out about once every week or two, and it will include coupons and such that will be exclusive to my newsletter subscribers, as well as updates of new items and blog posts, etc. My coupons and sales notices won't be published to social media, my blogs, or anywhere else, so if you want to receive notice, be sure to subscribe to my newsletter. :)

In Progress - Sand & Sea Wrap

My current work in progress is a lovely new rectangular wrap. I am crocheting it with a beautiful alpaca and dralon blend yarn in soothing colors of sand and sea. Using a combination of stitches to create lines of solid work with open work, one half is being worked horizontally and the other vertically. It is a joy to work on and I can't wait to see the end result when this beautiful shawl is finished.
