We often have deer coming by our place on a pretty regular basis, and this year we had four that kind of got used to us being around. We never tire of watching our wildlife friends.
This whitetail doe has my full attention, and I also have hers. While her stance has her ready to flee at a moment's notice, her tail being down is a sign she doesn't sense any danger. She's gotten used to the sound of my voice as I talk to her, and she's more curious than afraid.
