Okay, here we go. Getting started is always the hard part. I've had a fitness blog in the past, but put it on hold as I worked on my ideas for something a little different. I've got lots of plans for my fitness coaching, but have resisted getting started as there is so much I want to do with it and it just isn't the best time to try to get it all up and going. But waiting for an ideal time is keeping it from happening, as things just keep popping up in my life. I thought today about how this is usually the case with most things in our life. We can't wait around until everything is right, we just have to do it.
Such is the case with fitness. If you've been waiting for things to settle down in your life to fit in taking care of yourself with proper exercise and such, you need to stop waiting and just get started. Things don't have to be perfect, and it doesn't really matter how small of a step you start with, the important part is that you just do something. Get the ball in motion.
