I truly believe that time spent in nature is time well spent. Sure, we all have the details of life to tend to and can't spend all of our time out there. But I think the more time we can spend in nature, the better off we are.
Going for a walk in the woods, sitting by a stream, standing on a mountaintop. Such peace and tranquility those things bring into our lives. So refreshing to the mind, body, and soul. Being in nature away from the noise and busyness of regular life gives us room to think; it brings clarity to thought.
I've heard a lot of regrets from a lot of people, but I've never once heard that spending time in nature was one of them. It's a perfect way to relax and unwind. It's worth every moment.
